Since 1984, NCBI has empowered thousands of young people, teachers, and school administrators in K-12 schools to take leadership in counteracting discrimination and all forms of mistreatment in their schools, offering timely and effective programs to create diverse, inclusive and culturally competent schools.
Tackling racial disparities in schools throughout the U.S. through teacher, student and community-led initiatives;
Provide anti-bullying train the trainer programs to youth leaders in our schools;
Promote police-community partnerships to address racial profiling and mistrust between law enforcement officers and community leaders.
